I get mine from the spillage at work, we just get the -25 strength neat and dilute weaker in summer and stronger in winter and even stronger in very cold weather. The spillage is noticed as we go through 2 - 300 gals a year.

Here in the North East we've had a good 8 hrs of rain with some thunder rain mixed in, no actual thunder or lightning. My Davis weather station is reporting 26.7mm for today from about 11.30am. The thunder rain has flattened the hanging baskets and troughs, but they should bounce back.
