In my experience they seem to have a good knowledge of the problem and in this case the guy doing the scan was also sending the report,
it's the NHS that consider it cosmetic and therefore requires further investigation before doing anything more, so I now have to travel 20 miles for
MATT treatment before anything further happens

I think the bus driver kept the heating all to himself on the bus I was on tonight, my poor wee toes were like ice cubes by the time I got in

I'd quite willingly share some of the heat from the dyno control room I was working in at the weekend. I'm sure the boiler house was channelling all it's heat into that one room. I'm not sure if I just dozed off or actually passed out on a few occasions.

Feel free to send some my way. Heating broke down over the weekend. Well, broke down is probably not the right term as it's working but the pump is making almost a shrieking noise so we thought it best to turn it off. Bloody freezing at the moment!

Ordered some stuff on Saturday and paid a premium for named day delivery, today, only to find they have not even bothered to dispatch my order yet!!

I would respectively suggest to them that they (a) refund your premium payment and (b) they send it express at their expense for an AM delivery tomorrow!

But the above and the response you might get depends on who the supplier is and how much they value your custom.
 
Bloody cough, which means having to miss the gym for at least a week.
