well everyone is doing it these days including Ricoh
might as well milk it.
I bet they will sell out in seconds, then will be on ebay soon after for $3-4K![]()
I have a x-t20 and yesterday went to Goodwood FoS. I have to say that my keeper rate for panning was poor at best - my 19yr old son used my d500 and demolished me.
I like to champion the underdog but I also remind myself that I got the xt20 for travel. That said, is there something “better” that’s relatively cheap with IBIS ? I’ve come from an Olympus e-m1 mk2…
With only 100 being made, and I suspect a number of those reserved by Fujifilm/Disney, it will be gone in less than 60 seconds....................................if I had a regular 100V on back-order I'd be a little cheesed off that they have found parts to make 100 cameras, but then again replacement model is rumoured for Q1 next year...............................
My son said that he would hurl it off a 100 waterfalls if I got one, but he also said that a Spiderman A7iv would be sick (modern speak for cool............)
I was happy with my X-T2 at Mallory Park the other week, but my comparison was an old 1Dmk2.I have a x-t20 and yesterday went to Goodwood FoS. I have to say that my keeper rate for panning was poor at best - my 19yr old son used my d500 and demolished me.

I guess that the X-S10 would be slightly better AF with IBIS, an the X-S20 would be an even bigger step up. It will be interesting to see what Fuji do with the successor to the X-T30 (X-T40 or X-T50?), and if it will have IBIS.

Surely this is down to technique and not a reliance on the equipment, I have shot a fair bit of Motorsport with a GFX where I get one a single pan shot per car pass, I still get enough keepers to be satisfied
New Camera - well Limited Edition X100V (only 100 being made)

I’ve been taking panning shots for many many years so I know what I’m doing. At FOS, you are trackside with a very very narrow window of sight due to the crowds.
Maybe I’ll learn the xt20 a bit more before making an decision![]()
Curious choice of limited edition - looks ridiculous IMHO. It’s a serious bit of photography equipment not a toy with cartoons plastered over it![]()
What is it with the price of Fujifilm cameras these days. I've been away from photography for a while for one reason or another and fancied getting myself an X-T1 but the price now is almost double what they were a few years ago when I sold mine... Have I missed something along the way somewhere?
USB-C to USB-C will be OK. "Photos" is the default app for downloading images, but you may want to explore something more powerful, like Lightroom.
Yes it is fabulous. Is anyone using the Viltrox 75/1.2 and the X-T5?
Once it does go it will be, X-S10 XF35mm f1.4 XF50mm f2 Fuji flash Godox and trigger plus a Blue Billingham shoulder bag, then I have some pretty big lighting to get rid of. Over the next week I will get it priced up as only one original box now and that's for the 50mm.

They've got a Q2 Hodinkee looking pretty in their cabinet at Harrods for the bargain price of £5180, I asked them if their bosses at Leica were on drugs, "not to my knowledge sir"The Leica sales model...........................

After some help please..
What’s the “lowest” in the line-up / most reasonably priced body with a fully articulating screen please ? I attend lots of car meets but have arthritis in my knees and so find getting up from a crouching position increasingly hard and painful. If something has IBIS too, that would be a bonus but not a deal breaker..
I love my xt20 for its size but I miss the screen of my e-m1 mk2
thank you
