Thanks Ross. Yes - it was a brilliant week! Just starting to work through 500 odd photosGreat setting for your Snapper's choice !
Cheers Dave. I’ll have a little play tomorrow (too busy watching the golf tonight!)Nice composition. Needs more light though. Photoshop and the histogram say another stop.
Thanks Keith."Deposted" looks good, like the composition
Kinderdijk windmills 1 no post +1 stop by Simon Hiscocks, on FlickrCheers KellFunny isn't it? I didn't think it was underexposed till I saw the new version, which is better.
Nice image.
Although I can't help but think the first windmill looks like it's buffering.

Thanks BillThat's a really good one Simon.
StairsTM by Simon Hiscocks, on FlickrCheers Stan. Yes - had to be careful with the cropping. The PP with the blue hue works, I like that you placed the middle handrail bang on centre to give that symmetry feel.
Good question. Is it 25 or 29?Like the processing, wondering why the door on left has no number![]()
Thank you PaulWell spotted; interesting scene and well presented. I think the square crop suits it very well.
Cheers Kell. The original had cars both sides and some bland sky, so this is quite a tight crop, and there was nothing else of interest there really.Without seeing the original, I think the square crop works.
I love house like this as they always seem quite grand.
And then my practical side thinks it would be a PIITA to vary shopping up there. Or a pram.
Thanks Dave. That’s very kind.Fab shot Simon![]()
Thanks AllanA good shot I might have cropped the sides but I think it works as it is.
Thanks Bill!Nice, the blue tones really make the image impactful.
Thank you Pete.Well spotted Simon and very nicely framed. The colours work well too.
