The Black edition is handier with everything included but wonder if it really will hold any greater value if it isn't a system for me. Its clear the screw/hood/Filter is not worth the £150 alone but maybe the overall value of the black will hold.
I am torturing myself by looking at shots this camera can produce. I think it could be the very thing to inspire me to shoot more on a daily basis. I love my D7000 to bits but it is just too big to carry with everything else I need day to day.
Hey, come on. Just get it and shoot.
If you're worried about resale...perhaps you shouldn't..

Very good, i have started taking mine everywere
Keith..good stuff. Liking what you've done with Jet Engine. Gotta love Her Maj..

Hey Keith. I think I'd prefer Baskets without the Guassian edit (is that how it's spelt)

Can anyone comment on how good the X100 would be for family photos/Christmas that sort of thing? It wasn't something I ever did with it when I had one.
Thanks DaveSTUNNING shot!
I know, the limitations of a fix focal length. If I'd have stepped back any further I would have fallen onto the beach...!!! But you know thatSuperb shot Dave, improvements, just the clipped tree but you know that.![]()

Yeah, but still leaves (geddit) the lines through the branches. Tough clone here..
I have ordered my refurbished x100 this afternoon direct from Fuji for £486.99 which includes £10.00 for next day delivery. This also includes a case apparently this is just for orders in december. I used discount code PAYPAL12 to get this price.
