words from a Marillion song " the chaos of colors " :bang:
Viewing the version with just the lilac border looks a lot better when viewing via the tp black theme, and changing to tp blue theme, this makes the latest one with the black border look better. I would look at it this way, If you were going to print it and having it on a wall, keep the lilac border, but mount on a solid black card, this to me helps emphasize the border. If printed and displayed on a white back ground, then keep the black border on its own.

Thanks Martin , for a change I was in the right place at the right time & with my eyes openHi Lynne, What a great shot. I am still scratching my head on this new theme. You have demonstrated that i night to think away from the obvious. Fabulous use of the theme. You could also have used this for clutter and chaos lol. What a fab sight to come across. You got a great composition in spite of natures obstacles. Well done for the image and being so quick off the mark.
Martin

Hi Michael ,thanks for commenting ,I decided that today was just about having fun with the camera & I fell over this shotLynne, I love it, it looks like the animals version of twister! Great composition there also! A brilliant take on the theme. I'm also stillhere.
It's a good take on the theme.
How many are on that branch?
Did you go manual focus or auto?
I was out yesterday trying out my new 70-300 on some birds around bird feeders. Being cluttered with branches, the auto kept focusing on the wrong place!
Still, at least I got to practice with manual focus.
Hi Lynne, love your week 9, great spot & I like your thoughts, is it 5 or 6 in the picture?
I'm not too sure if something naughty is going on up in that tree or not!
Clever use of the theme there, something I certainly wouldn't have thought about. It's like a strange mix of arms, legs, tails, and heads and you're exactly right - where does one finish and the next one start?
I do like the cheeky chappy on the right sticking his face through between leg and tail!

Thanks for taking the time to comment Ceri ,'tis appreciated
Cheers for showing another version Dawn , think your crop works better than mine , not sure about the sharpening yet , I'm wary of oversharpening so maybe need to be a bit braver ! I'm also trying to avoid putting everything in a frame but like the one you have done
C'mon , where's your shot ? Dying to see your take this week![]()
...... I'm trying to decide which pic out of the 4 to choose, but think I might just have to post all of them because I can't make up my mind, and I am now pressed for time as I am due to go out with one of my friends tonight for a good old girly chin-wag
Quick play in Picnik & we have a trio of spring......
The crocus shot is lovely, how do achieve the misty framing?
My PP skills are up there with my ability to not to tell someone they are a ##### when they really are :shake:

Hi, Lynne, as soon as I saw your trio photograph, I though, "Like it!".
Really, great colours, great depth, great focus and like the vignetting and border.
I'm still pondering the central positioning, but I think it's a good choice.
Also, you've actually made a T in the flowers to complement Trio, well done...
Cheers.
