I'd say g3. Sounds like the x10 fills the gap between a compact point n shoot and a micro 4/3. Not a great market.

1.8f 50mm nikkor is a fav of mine. The manual focus allows you to become better at taking pictures and imroves on your creativity.

As a starter make sure you are not the main photographer. That way you build up your confidence

I wouldnt rule out a memory (hardware) problem causing the initial crash. Obviously the memory could have been damaged by a surge of electricity. You've got to start with the software though. Do a spyware scan. Better still, take the hard drive out and put it in another computer as a slave...

Similar to what Steve just said. You need to create ways into the website. I can remember signing up to hundreds of sites which just place a link of your site on theirs. But you cant have too many as it will ring alarm bells. The age of the site also helps.

If your a photographer - Amature / Novice etc then yes its worth it.

If cost is a concern then my recent calculations suggest its no longer that much cheaper to build your own pc
