WHAT DID YOU GET FROM SANTA? :D

Membership of the Photographers Gallery for a year - and am already pencilling into the diary a variety of pretentious talks - and a few books and the like. And a blue plastic duck with TED BAKER stamped on its bottom that came as part of a gift pack of toiletries.
 
i got a 3am wake up, aftershave, tom tom, socks,siggy 24-70mm 2.8, new battery for d80, expensive pen, diesel t shirts, subs for digital camera mag (free monopod) , and ive just take the WII off the kids lol

I got a 16-85 VR, "400 photos" Ansel Adams book and a photo frame :thumbs:

I love my wife :love:
 
Happy Christmas everyone :).

For Christmas I got a Photography book called Digital SLR Handbook, RSPB Guide to Digital Wildlife Photography, a Mini Photo Studio Umbrella for Macro and Product Photography,Clothes, a Scarf and hat set, a Window Bird Feeder (gonna be taking photos of the birds from my bedroom window lol) and a Chocolate Foundue set :).
 
For me , "The Saw" quadrilogy 4dvd set,
Lots and lots of chocolate and chocolates in various shapes and
flavours,
A Hoosiers cd,
A new camera bag (on order)
Gloves,
2x jumpers
And my main pressie which I bought for myself, a Canon 70-200 f4 IS

I got Mirrors Edge and Force Unleashed for 360. Don McCullin's War Photography book and his In England book. Amazing work. Edward Chambre Hardman book. A couple of HDR books to see what the competition is like.
 
Got a very nice Parker pen off stepson and some Nice smelly off my son and daughter and off babytiger I got absolutely loads of stuff but my favourite is Sir Peter De La Billiere autobiography which is special as he was my commanding officer in the late 80s early 90s
and to top it off Babytiger had a photo of me and my late dad touched up and framed

iPhone 3G :woot: which is an amazing bit of kit and a car transmitter/handsfree kit thingy to go with it so I can play music through the stereo - very clever! I also got a Joe mcNally book, choccies, Drambuie and few other little bits.

Now sitting here ready to burst after Christmas dinner. :gag:
 
well i got Pete's book, and the Moment it clicks book.

also got loads of smelly things, think someone is trying to say something.

Wanted one but got my new contract and it wasnt an option:thumbsdown:so got the new nokia 5220 music phone and its a nice phone but not the same as me old n91:thumbsdown:

I'm not usually for toys or gadgets but the iPhone is something else! Using it right now to type this :), I've even been able to set up my email. :D

Wasn't he the UK commanding officer during the previous Gulf war? If so, then that's one hell of a biography for one hell of a gentleman.

If anyone is wondering what Babytiger got for christmas (she is shy and wont say) I got her a white gold eternity ring with 5 diamonds set, because shes worth it and I love her to bits

He is the one ...My Commanding officer and he is a true Gentleman and I would serve under him today if I could
 
Merry christmas everyone. I am a very happy bunny this year.

I got planet earth on bluray, the new Jeremy Clarkson Thriller dvd. Also got the Magnum Magnum photo book, which i must say has some awesome images in it. And last but not least i got a lomography camera, the fisheye 2 to be precise. Cant wait to go out and take some photos with it!!!

A very good friend of mine (and my youngest son's godfather) used to be his bodyguard and he also holds him in the highest regard.
 
Hacker ...no probs mate and if I can find the lowers in the garage you can have them free mate will look in the morning:thumbs:

Peter once had a pint with us in the naffi and ended up a bit drunk but he is trully a remarkable bloke and I hold him in my highest regards

Well, I got a sekonik 308 & a prolinca IR trigger. My (soon to be) bro in law also let me have a copy of CS3 extended he had going spare so all in I'm chuffed as!
 
I got me a nice new Sigma 17 - 70 DC Macro lens, some business cards and a case from moo.com (these are simply stunning quality) and a card case. Pics to follow. :):):):)

Well I can cheat a little as it's also my Birthday today :D

Last week I got the Lencarta "Starter Kit" which is 2 x 300w flash heads with decent stands, a softbox, umbrella, 5-in-1 reflector and a radio trigger. That was a B'day & Xmas pressie from the Mrs.
I also got the Bourne trilogy DVD set, some spanking cuff links (Spitfires :D) some smellies (Cerutti 1881) and some money from the Mum-in-law; so I may just get that book that everybody else is talking about.

I bought the Mrs a £99 voucher to the WHF in Kent so she can go on a photo day next year. (Also an excuse to buy her a DSLR as well).

So, hope you all had a good Christmas dinner - I really enjoyed being in the kitchen with the Mrs today; joint effort and we were so full that we are only just sitting down for desert (lunch was at 3pm!)
