Here's a thought. This country was built by invaders, tougher than the indigenous folk that lived here first. Over the centuries, more people have come here and prospered, because they were tough enough to work for their place here. So instead of stopping potentially valuable immigrants from landing here, why not let them all in and if they don't prove their worth, kill them after 2 years. With all due respect, you don't know what you're talking about. People entering the country are distinguished rigorously by law based on their reasons for entry.
Someone with a working visa and someone claiming asylum are treated COMPLETELY differently in law and there is no sensible way to compare them.

You still have to pay even if some or all of it is refunded.

It seems, that as long as they registrar for tax, earn and pay tax on at least 100 euro's per anuum,
then they are entitled to 75% of their health cover costs, paid, or refunded I can't remember which.
