
~Dunno if anybody is interested, but im now down to 14st 1lb.
1lb from my new target.
according to the machine at the gym, i have another 11lb to lose. i reckon thats about right. Its good! iv started swimming this week, and i can already feel a difference in my upper body. Its only good!

Probably sound weird to the guys who are trying to lose weight (and may I say some of you are doing a great job)
But i'm doing the opposite.
Trying to 'bulk' up at the moment, aiming for 11 stone.
Was 9 stone in July, currently hovvering at 10.5 stone and feel much better in myself![]()
Finally lost all the weight I put on during my break from my diet. It has taken me four weeks to lose what I put on in three weeks.
Now 14st 11lbs, total weight loss to date 11st 2lbs. Now the lightest I have been since the 1970s
Just over 4 weeks to go before I start weening myself back onto food again.
First look in here for a while since I reached my target, from nudging 13st down to just over 11st.
I am amazed at what you have achieved, how long has this taken you?
