Ladybird, body weight can fluctuate for a lot of reasons other than you maybe thinking you have not been trying hard enough. Are you weighing yourself under exactly the same conditions ?. For example I weigh myself first thing in the morning after doing the usual no1 and no.2 :) and before any tea, coffee and breakfast, it is surprising how much difference it can make otherwise.

Not lost much this week only another pound, but i do feel loads better in myself. Not as tired or lathargic as i was. Healthy eating does have it's benefits :D

Well thats not too bad, the curry on Saturday night doesn't seem to have affected anything and the weight is still coming off. Technically I have 16lb left to go till my target weight but I'll judge that when I get there! Might carry on to 12st and celebrate with a pork pie with chocolate sauce :).....
 
Cowasaki, you should be noticing a difference in your waist with those results:thumbs:
 
And I have moved in a notch already on my belt. :)

My jeans were tight when I put them on so I had to breath in whilst doing so especially after they had just been washed. Yesterday the same jeans were falling down so I was standing on the hem! Had to put a belt on to save them from being damaged.

Everyones BMI (body mass index) should be between 20 and 25. Under 20 and you are under weight, over 25 and you are over weight. My diet started with me on 25.4 and I dropped under 25 the first week. Just reached 24 and my target weight of 12st 7lb is 10lbs away and a BMI of 22.

Not going too well but at least I have lost some weight, think it is stress and rushing around rather than healthy eating though:lol:.

Good news for me today, lost another 2.5lbs, so I'm well pleased. Decided to walk to the Weight Watchers meeting this morning as the weather was quite nice. Don't know how far it is, but it took me an hour there and an hour back (at a moderate pace), up & down hill. I'm aching everywhere now :lol:

Half way through week 3 and just weighted myself, 13st 5 3/4lb !

I've lost a stone in 3 1/2 weeks !!! Wonder what I'll get down to for my official weight in on Monday.

I've just checked and realised it's been 10 days since I last posted....I haven't been hiding away in shame, honest - just bogged down with other stuff.

Well at the moment I weight 9st 7. Two weeks of eating really healthily and drinking only water or peppermint tea and I've lost a massive 2lbs. Oh well. It's better than putting it on. I haven't managed to motivate myself into doing any excercise. Not official excercise anyway, although I've spent a lot of time running up and down the stairs, carrying stuff (redecorating going on) which I think counts for a bit.

Remember that they say 2-3lbs a week is a good healthy weight loss.

DF - We've been told its coming back either this morning or Monday but apparently the console has been repaired and sent back to us.

I couldn't resist jumping on the scales again today while at the gym to see if the previous figure was correct.........:eek:

79.2Kg today, but that might have been a little on the low side as i was there before I'd managed to grab lunch.......but even then.....sub 80 is good :clap:

Mrs Galaxy, having noted the thread I am on, now says she does not want me to lose much more weight as she does not want me looking "gaunt":shrug: so maybe I will adjust my target weight to 11st 7lbs, that would be a loss of 1st 3lbs. since I started the TP course but a loss of 1st 7lbs since a few weeks before Christmas.
I suppose I have to listen to her:D
