Right, you've all cheered me up now!
I've had a good day today as far as food goes, haven't done any excercise and probably won't tomorrow either, but after that I should have time for a quick visit to the gym for the following few days.
I absolutely do know that all I have to do is burn more calories than I eat but that 1lb just seemed to really bug me this morning.
I must admit I'd forgotten about the old "cycle" factor - now you've reminded me, Cowasaki, that will have influenced it too, which has also cheered me up (not going to allow it to be an excuse though!)
Have to stay on at work for a meeting tonight, so I've brought my veggie soup with me.....

I'm feeling really pleased with my weight loss this week as I have found it a doddle and have stuck to eating healthily (3 balanced meals with lots of fruit for snacks). I half expected to have stayed the same or gained a few lb's as I'm at my, ahem, 'heaviest time'.
