Well i'll be the odd one out then in wanting to GAIN weightI want to gain a stone or 2 if i can!
Pump Iron like me and have a higher protein diet with not too much cardio.

I was 10st 7lb last easter (heaviest i've ever been) and have problem keeping weight on as I tend to forget im hungry, I know this may sound very strange to some people but i honestly can go some days without actually eating and only realise at nighttime that i've yet to eat anything.
I used to be the same as that when I worked for a living, I found it hard to stay above 10 1/2 stone. But after a few years of watching people work from a comfy chair and drinking far too much tea and coffee I'm struggling to get close to 12 1/2 stone![]()
.I can recommend fit balls
Mine are already fit, its the rest of me that needs the exercise

As a closet environmentalist, I'm a little concerned that all this potential lost weight will end up in landfill sites.
Have any of you considered where it's going and what effect it might have on the rest of us?

Tbh you're best getting weighed at a similar time every week. Not daily [or few daily] as your weight and water weight fluctuates day by day and is different from morning to night.![]()

I think it'll be easier to keep an eye on new posts in the thread, and keep up to date that way, rather than searching through posts.
Also it keeps some sort of history too, rather than editing the original posts.

Looking at pix of you it looks like you don't have much weight to lose to start of with
