Penguin could have been the right answer. I have some sympathy for these people it’s very easy to make a daft answer to questions like that, even more so under stress I guess and as @Petrochemist noted above lots of the audience got it wrong.

Some of these TV shows seem to depend on making fools of people who are either not very bright or just stumbling under the unfamiliar stress .
