It was, but you see there is a connection between the cackle and the broomsticks and since both of mine broke the cackle has faded somewhat

I got a Xmas present today! Totally unexpected
My daughters friend comes here early each morning before they both head of to 6th form so she doesn't have to stsnd around the school gates from before 8am everyday.
So she got me some yummy chocolates and a candle as a thank you..

The mahoosive ones or the chicken egg sized ones? Even the smaller ones are almost too big for one IMO, hence buying the boxes of the normal sized balls. Still as cheap in Sainsbury's as on Amazon BTW!

Well excited actually!!
Officially because our daughter is old enough (now 3) to be excited and ask about Father Christmas
and unofficially because I'm getting a camera (LX100), as a real present, not like most years when something I want just falls into my basket, but a genuine, someone's actually getting me something that I actually want OMG that never happens ever because I'm a grown adult, excitement!!!

I did sneak the OEM case into the mix, but I paid for that, it's sitting in my camera stuff draw, impatiently!
Also, it's a OEM refurb (only way to come in on budget) so in the interests of warranty I did fire a shot or two when it showed up, so I know it is indeed lovely...
I've wanted one for quite a while! Seriously, I actually feel like a kid at erm Christmas

There are worse things to eat...We had some lovely venison fillet last night....My daughter loves it...Just back from Christmas show on ice at the ice rink so feel all Christmassy again. If my granddaughter wants me to sing Rudolph the red nose reindeer again, we are having venison for Xmas dinner
