Very much like the "dreamy" look to the second one Scott

Shooting into the sun offers some nice effects if captured correctly.....you've got it right imo!

Thanks Chris. No, it was a standard dev - I'd already done a few rolls from this batch, so was happy that the change to iso would be enough.
 
Street entertainment on the promenade.

A young couple with a set routine involving some very clever ball (football) control / balancing along with dancing, cartwheels and somersaults.

Been playing around with a Nikon fit 20mm Sigma exDG lens......quite pleased with some of the results....here's one:

Similarly play with some manual extensions tubes with a 50mm on the end.....need much more practice and patience at macro but grabbed this small logo advertised on a hat:

Thanks Mel ..... It's newly built and unoccupied atm hence why it's free of clutter and grime! lol

I'll be using the 20mm siggy more often now that I'm confident there's no vignetting or other issues with it on FF

Tbh I was considering selling it as I've never got on with it on the D80...was always prone to flare which doesn't seem so noticable on film, unless I've purely dropped lucky with lighting angles.

Only time and use will tell.....

It seems that I have a bit of a problem at the moment: I'm shooting more film than I have time to develop and scan... I think my fiancee is concerned I'm going to have boxes full of undeveloped rolls of film stacked in the spare bedroom soon.

Here are a few photos from Paris that I have had time to develop and scan. These were shot with Tri-X using an orange filter and developed in LC29.

RJ a nice set of images, I particularly like the one of the busker.
 
Very nice set of three - busker is the spitting image of my neighbour! Really like the steps by the Seine.

No, Thornes Park Wakey, 1st Friday in July every year, 4pm till dusk.
If you're a mini, dusk is 2am.
We had to shut the gates at 1200 classics this year...it was nutz, must have been the weather.
Had 500 booked in officially, and made an allowance for 200 late entries maybe, it gives peeps who aren't sure they can make it the opportunity to just turn up and show their vehicle.
So that'll be 700 late entries then...:gag:

There's a bus show up on the heath soon though, you can be very close to that without leaving the bar stool too...:cool:

Sorry, I hope I didn’t sound like some know it all. I don't think it is a replica, I think it’s the last version of that Ford recently made – the one that Jeremy Clarkson bought and couldn’t get on with (because the alarm kept going wrong!) – which they called the Ford GT. And it is indeed quite exquisite.

I've just got 4 rolls back from chap who does my colour stuff two of which were Portra. How do they make it so flat!! Ignoring everything else its lovely to scan.

The elder and I went to feed some ducks a while back (some time in April I think) between mirror slap from hand holding the RB, trying to focus on a moving target and the subject moving, he likes to look through the VF of the RB; I got two good images, 1 acceptable image and one of some swans (including mirror slap).

Well, I couldn't really see the effects of the mirror slap in the swan shot until I viewed the larger image on Flickr, so I guess it's only a huge worry if you need to print in a larger size, but it works as a small web size.

What speed were you handholding? I know that I'm usually okay with my SQ-A as long as I stick to at least 1/125, but I'm guessing the larger size of the mirror in the RB would require an even faster speed.
 
I've been working my way through the nine rolls that I shot in Paris a few weeks ago with my Fuji GA645.

Here are a few from in and around the Louvre. While I was there, there was some sort of demonstration for family rights going past, so I managed to snap a few shots of that (which was slightly challenging given that the GA645 isn't well suited to shooting moving subjects).
