Somewhere we have or had an early Tamron 135mm Adaptall 11, I can't remember selling it or even giving it away but don't recall seeing it for years. I do remember it was a relatively big and heavy lens lens with reasonable performance, certainly better than the 70-210 which I still have a couple of copies of, the last of which basically came free with a Nikon AiS I wanted.Konica Autoreflex T2 with 135mm Tamron Adaptall lens and Ilford XP2 Super, developed in HC110

Mine is like this- it weighs about 375g - sounds like a different version. I don't use it too often as I'm more likely to carry the 90mm f/2.5 macro.Somewhere we have or had an early Tamron 135mm Adaptall 11, I can't remember selling it or even giving it away but don't recall seeing it for years. No that is the version I had, I was remembering it as quite a solid lens. I was given a C/Y 85mm f/1.4 Planar thirty some years ago which replaced the Tamron as my every day longish lens so it is a while since I have seen or even thought about it.Mine is like this- it weighs about 375g - sounds like a different version.
