Had to smile when I saw that Andy ....plenty of butter ....perfectis that 'proper' Soreen it doesn't look dark and gooey enough.
Week 35 B&W by aNdy sHeader, on FlickrOooo look, a Triffid! you don't see many of those about these days!
Interesting image Andy, loads of detail. ( but then again I would hope so with 15 stacks)
15 stacks, that's dedication but it has paid off, nice detail, I do like a bit of botany.
Yes ... get caught in possession of opium and claim to be a botanist.
Nice stack job (a thing I've never tried) and nice White BG with Black border ... so on theme.![]()
I really like shots like this, simple in idea if not in execution!!
Is it a poppy head? (I'm no botanist).
Perfect for the theme.
Every millimetre focused to perfection.... well apart from the very bottom of the stem!![]()
Yep, very good stacking giving a strong image, well done.
Fantastic detail Andy, liking the square crop and the overall lighting, real nice indeed![]()
Hi Andy ....excellent choice in the poppy head, and well done with all that stacking, you've captured the detail really well but retained a delicate feel about it....very nice.
Can't really add anything except that seeing images like this make me want to have a go at stacking too.
A very striking image Andy. Not sure why, how and when .. or indeed what, stacking is to be used but it certainly produced a very professional-looking image.
15 images stacked, wow I'm happy if I can get one or two in focus and stacked. Really good image.
Great photo, and very sharp (as you would expect with 15 images stacked). Did you use a rail?
Very nicely done...I think I need to work on this stacking business! The white background is perfect to set it off, too.
, then rain arrive around 3 hourts earlier than expected.
Week 36 Ancient B&W by aNdy sHeader, on Flickr
Week 36 Ancient by aNdy sHeader, on FlickrWell found. Never been, or even heard of it, but looks great. Which lens did you use for this Andy?
I think I prefer the colour version, nice muted colours and great symmetry
I do like a church![]()
Great symmetry, and well exposed. I also prefer the colour (but not too colourful) version.
Colour for me too Andy, nicely exposed and processed![]()
Wonderfully ornate and detailed shot. I too prefer the colour version.
Some how the colour version seems to have less of a HDR feel to it than the B&W, so colour for me.
Spot on theme. Perfectly exposed and done well with the limited time available. Like both version.
Hey Andy
Shame about the weather mate, what a bummer !!! I'm sure you would of made the most of it anyway
Ancient - Hmmmmmm On flickr I chose the B&W on my phone, but now on my monitors I'm not so sure, good symmetry and great light with them large windows, both very nice
Good job you got there before the wedding advance party Ha Haaaaa![]()
Certainly was a shame mate
Like the feel of the cathedral Andy, reminds me of a vintage postcard
Beautifully done Andy - I think I prefer the colour for that glorious stained glass and the gorgeous green tiles leading you in.
