That will be just lovely in a couple of months, buried in crumble and custard
Nice sharp shot and interesting contrasting colours
Maybe a random shot but as Sarah said, nice and crisp![]()
Thanks Simon, and hope you enjoy the new D7000. Moving up from the D3000 is a big jump but you will love it!

Crisp new growth in yesterday's shot Phil..........................Many happy returns of the day bud !
Oooh, didn't know it was your birthday ¡Felicidades!![]()
Thanks for keeping that QUIET Jake!!! Cheers.

Best birthday present, a one hour flight in a microlite plane from my brother. Cameras welcome and as you are basically sitting out in the open im hoping to get some decent shots. The aerodrome is only 12 miles from my house so we should be able to fly over my house and my brother and mother both live on the same road, down the local river and over the national trust property where I walk regularly and right down to lough neagh. Just neeed good weather now!
I'm jealous!That sounds awesome!I'm jealous!
Have a good day matey. Looking forward to seeing the shots later![]()
I think that the playing with your nephews toy's came out really wellnice to see the plants coming to life
not sure what to make of the last one thought
what is it?

I really like the composition of this Phil! Trees, path, snowdrops, puddle and more trees. All leading into the photo! Shame about the weather but the composition really does it for me!
I like the trees and flowers but not the puddle - and it seems a bit dark (though it was a horrible day today!)
Microlite.... wow you are lucky!!!
Love the line of trees nice composition, this weather is so hard to find decent stuff outside to shoot.. you done well![]()
That is a nice line of trees, again a little dark, but can't be helped with the bloody awful weather. On a sunny day, maybe at the same point but a little lower in the snowdrops would be good.
Wow for the microlight, that sound fantastic - I think today's shot (actually yesterday's now I come to think of it) needs brightening a touch, or just a little sunshine. So difficult when you've got flat light. You'll have to revisit it on a nicer day.
Have a lovely time in Donegal - hope you get decent weather and get some good shots.
Still a nice shot though Phil - though as some have said a bit dark .....
Sorry I missed your birthday so Belated Happy Birthday from me![]()
Thanks Lynn and Carol. Yesterdays shot has been re-edited to lighten it a touch so hopefully it has helped.
