Love the shots! I think with the added framing on them it really draws me in. One question, How do you add these frames to your photos?
Thanks David, to add the borders I use an add on program in Lightroom called mogrify.
Scrap that, I found it and installed it as a plug in and now I have to get used to using it!! thanks very much
Thats good as far as I an recall outer borders add the border on top of the original size and inner borders crop the image by keeping the original size.
for me personally I found the settings I preferred are %long and identical borders clicked. The photos of the dolphins are for example
1st border 0.2%long, colour white, identical borders
2nd border 0.4%long, colour black, identical borders.

Cheers Gregg, sometimes I wonder why I shoot in both raw/jpg? Looking forward to the 'BSB' racing at Knockhill circuit towards the end of June were the Siggy 150-600mm lens will get its first sports outing.
Does anyone have any advice for printing photos taken on a D800. As I'm soon to be moving to Australia and going to have a blank apartment I'd like to post the odd holiday snap and frame it. I just have no idea the best way to go around doing it.
Does anyone have any advice or good links to the process once a raw file has been processed to the point I'm happy with? I just have no idea of the format setting or anything that I would then need.
Im happy to talk to a print shop once I'm in place but I'd also like to understand the in's & out's and why's before I get it done. Many thanks all
