They only charged on 5 days between 10am to 4pm last year. I think it only covered Dockey Wood rather than the whole estate. It was £3 for adults, £1 for children.I never had an issue when I went and it was free too.

I know someone who turned up around 3:30pm last year, paid but then was told they couldn't take a tripod in so they got a refund and waited 30 minutes for the restrictions to be lifted.
I can understand why they did it. Whilst most photographers seemed to be careful I saw a few portrait photographer groups trample through the bluebells and sit down in them.
