Nikon D750 & D780

I do indeed. @blakester has 2 fantastic threads running on here. Some of his stuff is really top drawer. CLICKY

58mm... Pfffffft. What's that?

I saw a similar set by a tog with the 85 1.8G and it is mindblowing. All shot at 1.8.

Nikon or Canon? You should check out a guy on Flickr called Dave Brown. Absolutely fricken awesome. Not sure how he does it tbh.
Nikon 85 F1.8G. Which Dave Brown? there are many on Flickr :) Linky?

Scorching daughter pic Minnnt. That lens is chuffing ace [emoji106][emoji106]

I like hanging around here with the lens 'high rollers' - makes me feel better about my GAS

Never heard of the Sigma super-wide 24mm 2.8, what's it like?

I feel like I'm the only person on the planet who doesn't like ultra shallow depth of field. :coat:
No, you're not... but, I kinda think I'm one of the few who take deliberately 'unsharp' photos with a sharp lens lo.. Taken with a Nikon F100 and the 105 f2dc

Any particular reason? I don't normally bother.
It's a 'D750 thread' running joke ;)

They are useful though, plenty of advice on here ;) :p

It`s old and very noisy auto focus, but also has macro capabilities :) Physically it`s a tiny little lens that can easily be popped into a pocket.

May have to pick one up, could be useful, out of interest, do you have the mf or af version?

Interesting... taken to fit a theme?.
Take to avoid revealing the location! But also to see if I could kind of capture the feel of being somewhere without showing all the detail. It wasn't taken using a D750, so better not go off topic too much. ;)

It`s auto focus (sounds like clockwork), but a fun little lens, and actually not too bad wide open either.

Since picking up a 16-35 f4 for an upcoming Dubai/Oz trip, I've not had the chance to try it out, so I dragged my partner down to Herne Bay for a Valentine's day walk and captured this on the end of the pier.
The second photo was an attempted portrait shoot with the 70-200 VRII, but the cold and very strong wind took it's toll on the both of us, I'm hoping things will be better in Oz !
