A bit of sun would have been nice, but there hasn't been much of that around of late. I Iike the bright colours against the grey of the building.
 
That's an excellent subject Nick. Love the colours.
 
Ther reflection help to cut the frame and a nice juxtaposition between the urbanization and the wild unkempt trees

Being there it's even more pronounced. To the right of the frame is the start of a mini nature reserve.

It's in great condition, hardly a mark on it. The self timer spring has had it, and the case is a bit fusty, but the camera itself looks like new.

It's a single image. I got as close as I could with the 40mm f/2, and cropped some of the BG to bring it closer. It's not the sharpest lens wide open, but at F8 I can't see much to complain about.
 
That really works, all those clocks and people on the move. What is that man at bottom left saying whilst everyone else rushes by?

I was wondering that. They were chatting for what seemed like ages, and I wanted to wait until they had moved on but I was on my lunch break and had to get back.

It's been a while since I've tried anything with a slow shutter speed. It always seems to give interesting results.

I was lucky in that I had the little Sony with me and I found somewhere to rest it. Canary Wharf security folks can be a little over zealous about cameras.

I'd pictured much more movement, but when I got there it was much less busy than I expected, and people seemed more relaxed.
