But . . . but . . . it's just so UNTIDY !!!
PMSL but just think,
if your routine is the same daily, it'll be correct on alternate days.

Equal rights for light switches I say

My Dad is a bit OCD when it comes to things wearing out, so he'd agree about using the switches equally... but then he swaps his socks over halfway through the day so that they don't stretch unequally and become left or right sided socks

I think we have a winner

:D

I don't like the shower squirting down the wall but that's because the seal was well, not sealed properly when we moved in so we had a leak! Don't mind if it's hissing down the curtain side though. Bog roll does have to be hanging on the forehand not backwards (and I change it if it's wrong!) I hate it when things get messy, even though t's usually me that makes it so and also hate it when things get tidied up - I can't find things and forget the jobs I was doing with them (and HATE that I'm leaving jobs 1/2 done then get distractd by other jobs.) Dislike being so easily distracted but am at least able to live with it and accept it as a fact of my life now.

Don't you flush it away when it gets messy? Looks very untidy on the window sill!

Another possible one for me.

I think it sits in the category of 'Security conscious bordering on the OCD'. I check that I have locked the front door, back door and patio sliding doors about 3 times before I can happily go to bed at night.
:plusone:
Exact same. Scary.

Washing up is surely, least dirty, most delicate items first working towards crusted on muck. Wine glasses, cups, mugs, plates, saucepan that was only used to boil veg, dinner plates with gravy on, cutlery, saucepans used to make stew etc, roasting tin.

I always rinse off everything under hot running tap before washing. The washing up water is as clean at the end of the washing up as it was when I started

Another one of mine - shopping must be arranged in the kitchen cupboards so that you can read the label and the oldest items must go at the front of the cupboard so that they get used first.

Not OCD - just sensible and practical :)
Although it does mean pulling things out of the cupboards to put the new stuff at the back and get everything back in the right order every time I go shopping.

I need to have spare supplies in case things go wrong or run out such as batteries, lens pen/cloth and memory cards.
Also when I go out, plasters,water,allen keys,spanner,torch,hand gel,tissues,microfibre towel,penknife,emergency money,insect spray,sumatriptan,ibrupofen, etc etc

Pretty much have it sorted now with a basic kit in a zip lock bag that goes in whatever bag I take. All has to be sorted the night before a trip and everything checked so I know its complete

Think its an age thing because when I was younger only took cash, fags and a Iighter

The volume on my PC has to be set to 75, nothing else is acceptable.

The air vents on my Mustang absolutely MUST all line up. If anyone moves them, I go mental. No idea why... just do. On my Micra I don't care in the slightest. I simply can't explain why it bugs me so much.

I've got that a bit with the window blinds, all latts to be tilted to the same angle or it makes my eyes itch..

is that OCD or just wanting things to look nice.....I dunno

My daughter has one and has for the last few years and now I have to do it too or it doesn't seem right..... Any controls tv volume/radio must be on even numbers ..
Loo roll over is a must... I will change peoples if it's wrong, I used to go back to my home town regularly and stay with a mate, you could guarantee she would text me half hour later saying 'ffs leave my loo roll alone'

Because you're a Pookeyhead :-) ;)

Well that clears that up! Cheers :)

So it has to be "even" because you have two ears right? I see
:p

So would I have TBH :D

Exactly!! ;)
I have a plan, when I change a roll, I'll put it "over" for every day in the month that it happens to be an odd number.
and "under" for every day of the month that is an even number.
And the next month I'll reverse that.

Unless of course there is an R in the month, then I'll do the opposite, to what it should have been that month.
But if there is a T in the day, that will then re-set the system back to "zero"
Yep sorted

Shush!
If you agree with him in any way he'll get ideas above his station
Remember what I said about banning in reverse letters?
I've just remembered who a V is :p

There's always a T when I'm about, that'll confuse you :P

Just remembered one.
I like have to ban people in reverse alphabetical order
Now that Zulu's gone
Yankee's gone
X-ray's gone
Whiskey's gone,
There must be some one beginning with V

..... I'm starting to get a bit nervous ....!!!

I can't possibly be the only "V" member....and there must be a member starting VA or VE first :-) :-P

Am I the only one who when filling up the car with fuel will try and get the pump to finish on a whole number of litres/pounds, or if a whole number isn't possible then I'll try and make it a palendrome  :$

I used to do that, but luckily the petrol station I use now has new pumps that you can enter the amount you want to spend, and the pump will stop automatically as soon as it gets to that limit ;)

What, no fuel bingo?
Where's the fun in that?

So only buy stuff that has already run out :D

Oh yes, we have 3 in the kitchen and I do feel happier when they are all at the same angle

Hmm, don't go as far as the palindrome, but I do like nice round figures on the litres, yet not remotely bothered about the pounds and pence any more! Which reminds me, there is a filling station near us that has a saucer on the counter with about 50ps worth of 1, 2 and 5p's which they invite you to use compliment os them when you go over by a pence or two. It's something or nothing but I always think its a nice touch.

Yv my petrol station does that too.
Nice touch. :-)
