It's good. Slow cooked like a lamb shank. Just falls off the bone and melts in your mouth. A bit of red currant jelly on the side.
 
Much as I love Roast Beef and steak, have to say Pork is the best! Bacon at brekkie, ham or spam for lunch then gammon or roast pork (with crackling). Mmmmmm
 
I had wookie casserole over the weekend, it was ok but a bit chewie
 
now you've done it - TBY won't like you eating his freinds and relations :lol:
 
Beef and lamb are equal to me in their larger forms (i.e. roasting joints etc) but beef edges it for sheer versatility.
 
I had reindeer last year that was utter lush.

Also neck of lamb is up there.

But for me it's beef.
 
My grandad always told me about keeping pigs during the war as he was a farm foreman. He reckoned there are only two parts you cannot eat; the tail and the squeek!

Bacon is the heroin of meat. Nuthin beats a bloody rare steak though. I'm havin one now!
 
Steak, Followed by Bacon, Followed by Fillet pork.

Although Parma Ham beats all...

I like expensive meats...

As for pigs trotters the meat is so tender when its been
cooked long and slow enough, you can just suck it off the
bone, delicious :)

I can't say as I have ever had that,
but going on the smell, when the dogs have (sans onions)
I guess not ;)
 
Steak, closely followed by chicken for me.:thumbs:
 
Much as I love my bangers & bacon for me its chicken thats my favourite.
