It's good. Slow cooked like a lamb shank. Just falls off the bone and melts in your mouth. A bit of red currant jelly on the side.
Much as I love Roast Beef and steak, have to say Pork is the best! Bacon at brekkie, ham or spam for lunch then gammon or roast pork (with crackling). Mmmmmm
Not if they are "hamburgers" presumably![]()

My grandad always told me about keeping pigs during the war as he was a farm foreman. He reckoned there are only two parts you cannot eat; the tail and the squeek!
