July 1st and you have to have the CH on.. It's too late now but I wished I'd moved into middle/southern Europe to live years ago.
Then you could be enjoying 40+ degree heat and a drought.![]()
This weather is ridiculous for early July, only 15°-C here at the moment with light cloud and a moderate breeze and rain forecast for later.
We've actually gotten off to a brighter start than forecast this morning, but it's about to change, with rain coming in from about 12pm. The grass will just have to grow for another day or so.
Currently dry though, with little wind and 14°c.
I'm hoping the wind gusts continue to go down otherwise I'll be in for a long alternative drive. A mild fart puts the ferry out of service.

Dale.Re my above post. The forecast tonight shows that heavy rain and thunder for tomorrow a bit further north than Ayr. It's difficult to pin point it on the Met Office map with all those inlets and Glasgow wasn't showing on the map. I think you'll still get some rain but more showers.
Ventusky for the win.![]()
'Meh' is the word today. Dull, grey, squally with heavy showers. No chance the grass will get cut today. 12°C.
This might be conicidence as I get them often anyway but I have a bit of a migraine today. The last one I got was during a thunder storm a couple of months ago and apparently, there are storms developing today. We'll see. I do enjoy a good thunder storm.
I couldn't understand why you were giving me a tip for the winner of the 3.30 at Ayr ...
You've written 'win' instead of 'wind'. I Googled...Ventusky. A wind chart by a Czech company. I wanted to see rain so I Googled the Czech word for rain. There's a lot of options down the left side but 'Prsest'..with an inverted V over the 'e'...is not one of them.
This one will do fine,George![]()
