I suppose we had a few nice days but very few periods of sustained good weather. CH has been on a few times, with the thermostat set to 17°C.
 
It's been a dull couple of days, with some light rain yesterday too. At least I got the slabs down on Friday for a new project.

Dull again today, but dry at least. Currently 10°c and I feel a river walk coming on.

Now, what could be going here? :thinking:;)

Whatever the project is, Dale..that fence is in urgent need of some preservative.. :D
 
What a difference this year to when the thread was first started. Rain,rain,rain and we're not done yet. We've got a chap coming in the week..or is it next week ?.lol.. to clear out the front gutter down pipe because the lumps of moss on the main roof have been washed into the gutter.,I was able to clear out the low garage roof gutter but I'm banned from going up the ladder to the house roof . A ban I'm quite happy to comply with. :)

Feels cold this morning. It's 11°c though, which is warmer than it was the weekend. It's a lovely day just now, bright, sunny and calm.
 
Central heating on three times today. Energy goes up by 10% today.

We fixed our tariff for a year, so not too worrying for us just now. We are careful with energy usage too, so not expecting much change, positive or negative, to last year.

Currently a pleasant evening here, 9°c, which isn't bad for this time of night, this time of year. Dry and calm.

Broken, heavy clouds today, quite dark one minute, bright and sunny the next, then repeat. Dry at the moment and 11°c.
