Week 35 & 36 (Snappers Choice & Hands)

We went on a day trip into The Cotswolds. Stopped off at a few places including Diddly Squat Farm & The Farmers' Dog. But we also went for a look around Crocodiles of the World. I particularly liked some of the warning signs!

Week 37: Emotion

Went to visit my sister and we went for a walk around the local castle grounds. They had a few statues but the majority of them were covered. This was the only one that wasn't.

Week 38-40 (Favourite Place, Eye & Heavy)

I’ve fallen a little behind with the photo themes, but I’m finally catching up again. It’s been a difficult few weeks after the passing of my Mother-in-Law, but getting back into photography is helping me find a bit of normality - it’s great to be back sharing photos.

My garden is one of my favourite places. The weeding of the boarders provides satisfying therapy, the quiet area we live in allows for reflective thoughts.

Stole this idea from a few people, our cat Lilly being a (semi) easy cat to work with for photographs.

Week 40: Heavy
With autumn in full 'swing' - its time to break out the axe. Its heavy work but you soon get warm!

Week 41-43 (Night, Autumn Colours & Circle)

Week 41 - Night
This is an old picture from earlier in the year, we had a layer of snow and some of the houses hadn't yet taken down their Christmas lights. I found these fairy lights in the tree with the snow very pretty.

Week 42 - Autumn Colours
In my garden are a couple of beech trees, I like the different tones as the leaves change from summer to autumn.

Week 43 - Circle
We had Lilly before, so its only fitting to include Titan. He's getting older now, and with the changing of the seasons is spending more time at home, curled in a circle on his favourite chair! He ends up in a more flat 'melting' position when the fire is lit!

Trying to get there before the year is out!

Week 44: Old vs New
Spent some time this year going through Mr Browns' childhood lego box. Managed to put together some pieces. Comparing them to modern lego, how times change.
