**** me this is hard work
Got a letter yesterday telling me I can now have infinity broad band I thought yipeeee as my current bt connection speed is a massive 0.9
Tried to do it on line but we get an error message , I thought this bodes well
Thought I'd ring the 0800 number instead and play the multi options selection game for a bit lol
Finally we are at the right option and unlike their customer service someone answers in the sales dept no surprise there really.
What a saga with this pushy Scottish sales women what part of no I don't want BT ****in vision did she not understand and then we got the line rental at 14 quid odd I said it says 10 quid online ,so it's hidden in the small print I said, no it's not she replied it is clearly stated sir in the small print did you not read it in the end I had to hang up. All I wanted was unlimited high speed broad band
who the **** trains these pushy ****ers I get free phone line connection worth 135 I'm already connected with bt I wouldn't expect to be charged for a line I already have
I decided to go back online when we get to testing for my order we get the error again, I decided to read the small print and proceed with the order on line, I find hidden away that if i don't make two calls a month min I get a £1.50 additional monthly charge ffs
so your monthly line rental is 10 quid odd if you pay it all up front for 12 months
interesting monthly line rental charge that lol
so if I can now get infinity High speed from bt why is my current broad band with bit only 0.9
whats the betting when I finally manage to order infinity high speed it turns out to be infinity low speed
here's todays test which according to bt's site says my line test shows I will get a min 3.5mbs with normal broad band I have spent 18 months moaning to British Indian Telecom lol
