Yes, some of the comments about the words (not just yesterday’s) are a bit mysterious. My hypothesis is that very often common words that one never writes oneself look odd when one writes them eg “denim”, so common to read but when do you ever write it?A couple of comments yesterday made me think they had a different word.

Eggzackerley!Yes - but I rarely use the word "denim" despite wearing jeans pretty much every day - I call them jeans rather than denim trousers!
