    Help! Can't access classifieds

@lindsay Sadly, I've also been in the same boat. Between moving house and doing the house up, I haven't had much time for photography but keen to get back into it. Can I get my access reinstated, please?

    Wide angle - MFT

Thanks all - I appreciate your points on wide angle not being all that landscapes is about, at the moment I shoot a lot of mine with 25mm or even the 45-150. But there always those situations when I would really like a wide angle shot, and the 14mm doesn't quite cut it. It may well be the...

    Wide angle - MFT

Hi all, I've got a few bits of MFT kit - GX7, 14mm, 25mm and the 45-150. Lately, I've started shooting a lot more landscapes that I used to and getting a bit frustrated with the lack of decent wide angles at reasonable prices. Considering a move to the Sony A6000 and the 12mm with the 16-50...

    "Panasonic G series" Owners Thread

I could use some advice, please. I've currently got a GX1 and looking to upgrade before a trip in mid-September. The main two things that frustrate me with it are lack of a viewfinder/using the screen in awkward positions (low or high) and the lack of wifi connectivity. My lenses are: 14mm...

    Cloud storage

The car is still better than the house (providing it's not built in to the house obviously..)!

    Cloud storage

Keep all my 'keepers' on Dropbox.. Nice idea keeping it backed up at home but what if your house burns down? Keep an external drive in your desk at work/in the car!

    D300 or D7000?

Yeah you've summed it up well - just see how they feel in the hand.. at the end of the day they're both very good cameras.

    D300 or D7000?

I've got hands like shovels and manage just fine with the D7000 - I wanted the improved ISO performance and faster AF (although less range of points). A lot of reviews out there comparing the two - worth a read :)

    Wide Angle lens Question

Yeah 17 is not particularly wide.. I can also reccommend the Tokina 11-16 :)

    Flickr Alternatives.....

I enjoy the variety on Flickr but find all the 'awards' comments quite frustrating - I'd rather they actually just made a comment rather than copy and paste the same old junk. Having said that, the groups on flickr are excellent and I've solved many a problem there!

d3100 what flash, tripod and prime lens!

I'd reccommend a 35mm 1.8 for your D3100.. the 50mm 1.8 won't auto focus unless you go for something like a D50 or D70.. the 35mm would also be a much more versatile lens on a crop body.

    Nikon D7xxx owners thread

Does anyone use a non-Nikon grip on theirs? I bought (what I thought) was the genuine article from an amazon seller (fulfilled by amazon) and it turned out to be fake so I'm a bit wary now!

    Nikon Price rise

Internal systems error on just launched product? Pretty poor excuse really, I agree - I think they've seen Canon's pricing and got a bit greedy.. should've stuck with their guns.

Military aircraft in flight - Shooting at the Mach Loop

Cool thanks, I'm not afraid to walk a bit further to get a better view.. done plenty of the mountains in the area but usually only ever see the back end of a plane as it's roaring away from you.. definitely worth heading down with the camera and keeping an eye out :)

    Polariser yes or no?

I find a polariser really helpful for getting rid of glare from the sun onto the sea, what NGrads do people use? Got a general ND but not a gradient!
