You should be able to get 2 x YN560 II for £100.
Then there's the YN560 III out as well.
A quick google will give you prices and features etc.
I use it on my 7D most of the time.
I love it.

I started with Dpp.
I liked it.
I then moved onto Lightoom 3 and recently LR4. For me, it's nicer and easier to use.
I also have Elements 11 (£33 delivered from Amazon) but only use it for its superior cloning and occasional use of layers.

Hi
I also have the softbox from Cotswold photo.
The bracket included works fine with the RF602 and now my RF622 mounted on the flash.
One thing I did do was to saw a little bit off the end of the bracket, allowing for greater directional postioning of the softbox.
I now have some 622s, some YN560 flashes and a new YN568 flash.
With the YN568 I put 1 x YN622 on camera.
The YN568 is mounted onto another YN622 (off camera) and the YN568 is put into HSS (either via flash's controls or in 7D flash menu) and Bob's your auntie.
YN568 can be set to Manual or...
Meter for the sky.
Then meter for the ground.
Point your camera into the air (the sky in your scene), note the readings, then point it at
the ground (in your scene) and note the readings.
I think you'll need to purchase a wireless transmitter/receiver for the hotshoe :)
Yongnuo Rf602s are good value. No ETTL, just manual control with the Off Camera Flash
