Yep got the same camera as you (Sony A200) took it to Morroco for last years holiday and in May taking it to Amsterdam and to Greece again later this year. Its really good and light for holiday snaps Morroco was full of dust and it held up well enough so you shouldnt have a problem.
I don't like the way the photographer is treating David he is a beginner I too am only starting out but when ever I go to shoots with photographers they have ALL been very nice and patient with me (and I have said and asked some stupid stuff in my time) but if i was David I wouldnt much want to...
I just bought a 4 capture camera for £7 which i think is quite a good price for any camera!

Well it isnt quite just a self portrait i am planning on taking a picture of a party scene and all the guests will basically be me. So what i plan to do is take several pictures of me in different positions and im going to photoshop them all to gether to get a whole party scene heres an example...

I'm really interested in starting a blog so I can gain some fans and promote my work however i have no idea where to start. The main problem is I have no idea how to get people to read it or even just to see it so would just like some advice on starting a blog and getting readers
