Op/Tech all the way for me. I have wrist straps, normal straps and a harness. I love the modular setup where I can clip/unclip any combination of straps to cameras, lenses, cases, binoculars and even monopods. I have never used the strap that comes with the camera body as the bloody things...

From memory when I had the 10D I was using genuine Canon lenses; 17-40 f/4L 70-200 f/4L 50mm f/1.4 I can double-check when I am able to get the EXIF from those early digital pictures... Regards, -=Glyn=-
