this is if you want the approved HK dealer for nikon, canon etc so prices are a bit higher but still better than here
if prices are really cheap then it tends to be the 'grey market' goods

you should def as someone mentioned check the resolution you sign up for
i got tiff files which are fine - (before i even knew what tiff was) but some people i know have some j-peg and the quality meant that they could not blow them up to the size they wanted
i got married in the US and when i looked for a photographer there every one of them offered this as a package.
so it seems the norm there.
it is great as it has meant i have made photobooks from photobox etc for my granparents, the in-laws etc and they all love them
i agree i would have preferred them all to be there for all 3 weeks.

i have bought from Hk too with no problem - although i did this through our HK office and as i used an approved dealer if there it comes with 1 year warranty which if i ever need to use i will post back to them or take back on one of my trips

i had the calanders done lst year - really pleased
as already warned just don't sign upto the program where you get charged monthly - i.e tick a small box saying you want monthly updates as someone in my office did and it took months to cancel and sort out
i have bought many from shutterfly.com including ones from my wedding and am always impressed
you have yo order from the US but the $ rate makes them good value and delivery is fast.
