...hopefully different because I'm after a multipurpose bag that I can use on a daily basis.
The scenario is that I got a free LowePro Slingshot with my camera. This tends to hold everything (a struggle now though), but I would like what I will call a 'day' bag. Designed for me to carry into work and around town. A manbag, if you want, to hold other bits and bobs (my lunchbox for one, A4 papers - no pun intended) as well as my camera with just the Sigma 24-70 (quite a fat lens) attached.
It doesn't need to be padded all over, so long as there is definite protection for the camera against the usual knocks etc.
I like the look of crumpler from a styling point of view for walking around with, but am wondering if there are other alternatives.
Not sure i've explained myself too well. I want a bag that could look/feel/act like a normal satchel/courier bag, but that has at least one section with padding to protect the camera should I wish to take it out too (which I will).
This has come about because of me carrring the camera everywhere. And at the mo that means carrying my existing 'work' bag, and the LowePro!
Any recommendations?
