Will fox hunting be legal again?

There are a few that just keep on popping in without contributing to a discussion but only make snide remarks to and about those that are engaged.

If I want to make snide remarks about what I consider to be drivelling nonsense, I will thanks.

What surprises me is the people who I have some respect for taking some of these arguments seriously.

.... as long as you don't force your truth to others dismissing other views and cultural heritage as pish.

Hypocrisy much? So it's not OK for others to insult your culture and yet you seem to take great please in slagging off great swathes of British society.
I sometimes wonder why you still live here if you hate the place so much.

Well you are posting in here. And so am I. I don't know about you, but I am definitely not angry and not thick. Some of be nonsense that is being posting is actually constantly directed to playing the person opposed the points and there is a lot of factually wrong reactions. There are a few that just keep on popping in without contributing to a discussion but only make snide remarks to and about those that are engaged.

Yet somehow they, like you, see yourself as better. Perhaps learn to engage on a discussion without playing the person and try and engage on the topic.

Naturally you are just as free to express your opinion, it just comes across as super two faced like a pot calling the kettle black.

Your post is ridiculous. You accuse me of thinking that i "see myself as better", yet in the following sentence you tell me to "engage on a discussion without playing the person". And to top it all of finally you say my post "comes across as super two faced like a pot calling the kettle black."

You do realise that you are doing exactly what you (incorrectly) accuse me of doing.

Since when are growing numbers of radical hate preachers part of British society? Please explain.

Britain is a Christian country with the Queen herself as a head of a church. That is a cold hard fact. Are you advocating for abolition of monarchy, the church and also pointing the stick at me? It very much appears so. I'm sure you'd rather I left and 100 illegal immigrants came in. You'll regret that wish one day when it becomes true.

Christianity may be the biggest religion in this country but the UK is not a christian country since the church and state are separate.

I'd happily get ride of the monarchy and the church. They serve no actual purpose.

I don't think I've ever agreed with you before, I guess there is a first time for everything though ;)

if the UK did turn into a islamic country this could be a real problem

You have entered some very muddy waters there pal. What if he asked you to prove it in court?
I shouldn't think it'd be difficult - he definitely has one, even if you don't appreciate he might be one.

I wonder what the real figure is for what the royal family attract in tourism income per annum.

Actually they aren't, you may be thinking of the US. The Church (CoE) and State are integral in Britain
.

In fact the three Archbishops of England and Wales (Canterbury, York and Wales) all rank above the Prime Minister in the Order of Precidence of Officers of the State.

Brilliant, it's the double bluff. Well done. I wonder whether you even realised what you've just done.

So how about those fox hunts hey ;) never realised fox hunting was a euphemism for Muslims and Toffs.

If only that was true.
Our head of State is also the head of 'our' Church. And the Church has unelected representatives sitting and voting on our laws. There is no separation, you're confusing us with Murrica, which does have separation of Church and State, but where many of the politicians wish that weren't so.

I can't work out how we got here.
Did it go Fox hunting <> Animal Cruelty <> Halal meat <> Muslims <> ISIS

Whichever way it went, I'm fairly sure I know who's fault it is...

Meanwhile let's hound the fox hunting posh folk not the real menaces like this. Let's hound the church for being reticent over gay marriage but not IS over killing gay people.

Muslins, Sikhs and Hindus wearing RAF uniforms flew Spitfires and Hurricanes for us during the Battle of Britain. Ironically, the fox hunting horn and tally-ho ! was used both as a rallying point and on the scramble .

Therefore, the two subjects are intrinsically linked and therefore a valid communiqué on this thread !

It's called Goodwins law. Hitler or Nazism could be next <>.

There has to be a Nazi analogy for Godwins to be invoked.

Lol you keep up better than me then. I seem to recall it wasn't our formerly fast member from up north, he was quite happily discussing the pleasures of the hunt until people started name calling and turning it into some class thing.

- Phil hasn't even mentioned it ! !

The introduction into a thread on Hitler, Nazism is called Goodwins Law - you've just introduced it by mentioning it as above, Therefore, you've invoked Goodwins Law (not Phil)

GODWIN

Pretty certain I beat him on #313

Its an opinion not fact so can't be proved. The opinion would have to have some basis.

fox hunting can be dealt with pretty easy as can that frst daily fail article. the huge influx on illegal migrants to Italy can't be.

fox hunting is also a current UK news article hence why we are discussing it.

Now I am convinced you only post to stir things up.
I was convinced by the "gushing" post. So desperate was he to once again state his "thoughts" with regards to fox hunting, he stumbled around his keypad like a child. So sorry to disappoint him and not bite, as that was clearly the childish intention.

and before anyone starts rattling on about hypocrisy and what not,:mooning:

Many of the more problematic branches of islam flat out reject Renaissance spirit and anything that comes with it including art and freedom of thought and expression.
They probably got the idea from the Christian Church.

Renaissance is part of christian heritage
And we have pre-Christian Greece and the non-Christian Ottoman Empire to thank for it.

Renaissance art is still very clearly heavily influenced by the christian tradition, which is a clear reflection of the true state of affairs back then.
The state of affairs being that the wealthiest institution was the Church, and hence was the major benefactor and commissioner of art.

Rejection of christian culture would inevitably have a heavy toll on the rest of our cultural heritage. Jihadists would burn your art heritage and force you to think and behave like they want. I know which I'd very happily choose.
Sorry, are you actually suggesting that our choice is Christianity OR Radical Islam?
This will come as news to the majority of the world, who are neither.

Surely by now we ought to have a chorus of who's to blame...

For everything

We're a bit slow of a Saturday teatime. :D

This thread didn't get far whilst I've been out on a shoot.

I am sorry you feel my typo was something more than just a typo. You are clearly out to troll and as such, you are a fine troller. Well done.

What about ballistic?
Definition :-
Ballistics (from Greek βάλλειν ballein, "to throw") is the science of mechanics that deals with the launching, flight, behaviour, and effects of projectiles, especially bullets, gravity bombs, rockets, or the like; the science or art of designing and accelerating projectiles so as to achieve a desired performance.

As there is no mention of "people" and faces I guess its OK :D
