I have to admit it's an interesting idea. In that kind of market, presentation is vital to maximising the value. Note that they're based in Arizona. Lots of bright sunshine and harsh shadows ... so HDR is a very sensible approach.
Shame it's so badly done though. Just look at the haloes on some of those pictures! But I bet that 99% of the general public wouldn't notice that, and would notice that their pictures seem to be somehow better (clearer? brighter?) than the competition.
Of course, claiming it's a new technique and giving it a new name is pathetic. But I think we ought at least to credit them with a good underlying idea.
