I work in the city and get a takeaway lunch, often a takeaway dinner, I like eating and takeaways. Whats your favourite
LOl. Probably because I don't like them that much. Add it on if you can, and fried chciken KFC style

It's supposed to be about what everyone else likes!
Added for you though.![]()
Chinese for me. Partly as we have a good one in the village, local fish & chips are not all that (but take me to Aldeburgh and fish and chips wins hands down!).
One of my quirks is that I love chinese takeaways and not so keen on eat in, but love Indian eat in but not so keen on indian takeaways!!!
In that case can you add, Don't like (or eat) takeaway food. It's supposed to be about what everyone else likes!
Added for you though.![]()
Curry not had one in a year need to sort that one out....... Anyone remember the TP meet in York and our Curry house experience there?

I do indeed Terri, excellent it was as well. Naan bread the size of a sattelite dish!![]()
Please tell me that's not a euphemism! !!

Oh yes! best thing since, erm Crispy duck and pancakes. We really enjoy the crispy duck and pancakes
DoneIn that case can you add, Don't like (or eat) takeaway food.
my absolute favourite takeaway is sushi but can only get it when we go down south, up here there's only curry houses and Chinese
I do love a good curry though so don't mind

I too was going to ask "where's the Sushi?" but there's no point if the poll's been posted from up North!![]()
No mention for the Teesside staple, the Parmo?? Otherwise known as 'a heart attack in a box'. Correctly done it's pretty epic...

A glaring oversight I know, given I eat like a total pig.
So your profile picture is actually a photograph of you?!!!
Steve.
Head to Akbars in Bradford/Leeds/Newcastle/Glasgow and prepared to be happy. Where there is an Akbars, there is a happy StevePlease tell me that's not a euphemism! !!

More over, does massive nan breads. Seriously, if you are in a town where Akbars are, you should go.

...but what does it have to do with me?![]()
Everything if you take the recommendation, and nothing if you don't....

But I haven't made a comment about food...nor expressed a preference. ...I'm just puzzled![]()
On the basis of the above quotes, I thought you might be interested in a place that does massive Nan breads

Akhbars is okay but nothing massively special IMO.
