My 4 year old daughter coming up to me this morning saying "I love you Daddy" and then giving me a big hug![]()
When I was younger I used to run and greet my dad with a big hug when he arrived home from work. I was the perfect height to head-butt him in the nuts every time. He still says he wouldn't have had it any other way![]()

Managed to get my desktop computer fired up.
Turned 'puter room radio on at just the right time to catch ISIHAC.
Of course, shortly after I posted that, the bastsrd thing crashed on me, restarted then crashed again 1/2 hour later. Fortunately, I have all my photos etc backed up on external HDDs but I have a few bits of older hardware that Win7 drivers may not exist for. Will have a scout around for them for a couple of canon printers, a canon scanner and a Konica Minolta film scanner (which is likely to be a problem, although there may be a 3rd party generic driver that'll deal with it. If worst comes to worst, I can always install it on a lappy - the thing doesn't see much use so it won't be too much of a pain!)
I got to watch, thanks to technology, my OH's graduation ceremony all the way from Swansea. Saw the whole thing live, as if I was there.
Awesome! Congrats to your OH!

Another 6 months and hopefully I'll be pain free again
Watch my little girl squirm her way across the room under her own steam for the first time.

It's lovely, but also discovered this make nappy changing much more difficult!
