What have you seen that you never thought you would

on a serious not, tigers in the wild, Mum and 2 cubs, very very lucky

I went to watch a Post Mortem while training to be a nurse back in the late 70's.

back to reality. I had a burst pipe in the loft a couple of months back and our bedroom ceiling fell through. There's an 8ft x 8ft hole with thick plastic sheeting covering it until the plasterer comes to board and skim it. Anyway last night i'm watching tv and i heard the missus scream and then she came downstairs shaking. There was a BAT flying round our bedroom... so me being the MAN OF THE HOUSE... went upstairs and opened the bedroom door.. the bat flew down the stairs and did about 50 laps around the lounge and dining room (open plan). So there's me stood with the front door wide open at 1am waiting for the bat to leave. Bloody nora.. it was having a right old time swooping round the house - eventually it left and i spent another half hour taping the plastic sheeting so there was no gaps before the missus would go back to bed!!

So.....you've had a bat. I've just found a pair of robins nesting in my garage. Together we make Batman and Robin?

Holy bedroom ceilings Batman!

I've seen "2 girls 1 cup" never thought i would see that :gag:

I've seen the sun shine in Blaeanu Ffestiniog

I thought I saw Tom Jones driving a VW Golf round a trading estate in cheltenham today.

Actually watched and held a person as they died from a very nasty cliff fall in the Gower. That wasn't pleasant.

A Norwegian fisherman in a tiny little engine powered boat in a massive great big fjord. Only one other boat in the entire Fjord, and somehow he manage to sail straight into it. I then had to get on said boat with him to sail round a mountain to to a WW2 aircraft crash site where we recovered most of the wreckage.

A coupe of weeks ago, I wad stuck on the m25 in road works when the woman in the car next to me got her boobs out and then kept them out for the next 20 odd miles. Before anyone asks, no I haven't got a photo I didn't have a camera on me.

Then as per the :rules: it never happened...:lol:

ah Essex...

on a more serious note, the inside of the stereotypically communist named 'hospital 64' in Moscow. I felt like I was walking round a video game

That reminds me..
Walking around Begrade. One side a brand new BMW dealership, the other a bombed out building full of bullet holes.

Such a Bizzare contrast.

Never been to Essex, think I'd feel safer in Belgrade!

I've seen people walking around shopping centres with an African Grey parrot on their shoulder in SA.

I saw a guy walking round a shopping centre in Devon with a large white duck.

Also, I never thought I'd see the day I became a father.

I seen a friend light a match, flick it out then ping it 10 feet and the wind caught it and sent it right up a girls nose. Total freak accident but I couldn't stop laughing for months/years after it. I'm sitting here giggling now actually...

Me too!!

My brother flicked a grain of rice, years ago, right up my sister's nose :D

Stuck in traffic (as usual) on the M25 a few years back with the inside lane closed. A bright yellow convertible flies up the inside lane as everyone else had moved over and the though crossed my mind, if there was any justice...

10 minutes later as the traffic has moved along I get to the coned up area to find the driver has been pulled over and is being given a talking to by the police, justice :D

A popular past time in the Blue Mountains near Sydney too. Mind you they're all a bit "odd" round there.....

I've seen a dog running out of a butcher's shop with a string of sausages in its mouth !

I've seen a woman breast feeding whilst driving down the m4

And trumped by the woman in the passenger seat of a jag in the queue to join the M1 who had her face in the lap of the male driver, obviously closely inspecting the stitching around the zip on his trousers.

A few yards down the road the car swerved back and forth a few times and the woman sat up again.

N.B
The only reason I could see this inspection taking place was because I was in a vehicle with a high driving position allowing downward views into vehicles at the side.

I was driving down the M1 in my Jag and saw some geezer in a van licking his window. Very odd.

What have I seen that I never thought I would?

My dad cry.

When we had to put down our dog. :(

I saw a pine marten a couple of years ago, just standing on a path watching me. And where was my camera?

On a tripod about 15 ft away with a 10X ND filter doing a very long exposure...:bang:

In Poland years ago with work, we were walking along a road when we were passed by a stretched Trabant! Yes a Trabant limo.:suspect::lol:

I was in Japan waiting for a train and who would have thought an Austrian on the other platform would have assembled an alpine horn and gave us all a demonstration :D.

And I can confirm they are loud :D

I was also being dangerously tailgated by this articulated lorry in the outside lane so I pulled over to let him tailgate the car in front of me, and who would have thought the car in front of me was an unmarked police car who promptly pulled him over:lol:.

Well I have to confess I guessed it was an unmarked patrol car as it was the favoured car at the time a Volvo V70 Estate and the driver had a short sleeved blue shirt on;).

I absolutely loved that moment
