Evening all

A couple of weeks me and my dad went for a walk and had a sit down for a few minutes and i saw a women walking with a backpack on, i didnt think nothing of it until she passed by and belive it or not she had a parrot in it, if that wasnt odd enough a women with two dogs came the other way and one was walking as normal but the other dog was in the pram.
So what have you seen that you never thought you would.

When i was in thailand a few years ago,we were in a bus on a main road and this flat back pickup/ truck passed us with an elephant stood on the back.it was tied loosely with a rope round its neck but could have just stepped off the back..wonderful sight.!

I've seen people walking around shopping centres with an African Grey parrot on their shoulder in SA.

I've seen a family 5 - yes 5 on a moped in Corfu!

Turning the thread cold, I've seen (and touched :( ) a dead person and I never thought I would.........

back on the more upbeat, the otherday in sidmouth I saw a robin reliant in metallic blue with silver chequered flag transfers, a large aluminium spoiler and body kit

Coming home at around 11:00 PM one night I saw a cat following what, from a distance, looked like a leaf blowing on the wind down the middle of the road. As I got closer, I saw the cat was actually following a hamster down the road.

I once pulled up behind a car in a traffic queue in Glasgow and an eagle owl was staring out the rear screen at me. If that was not enough, next morning I found myself behind the same car and there was the owl again and a little agitated this time.

a mate of mine had a great grey owl (called bongo) who only had one wing after coliding with a pylon (we believe he was an escaped falconers bird) , having only one wing he couldn't cope in an avairy and subsequently used to live in the house - he often rode arround perched on the dashboard, or seat back of my mates truck, looking at the traffic

I accidentally seen my sister butt naked the other week, but never had the camera with me so can't prove it..... :D

I've seen a cormorant fall from the sky, inexplicably. There was a bang nearby and I later bumped into a bloke with a shotgun but I don't think they two are connected... ;)

I've also seen a dog eat two full trade packs (48 containers) of Mucilin, a wax that is used to help fly lines float better. The resulting mess that came out the other end went solid as it hit the freezing December air. Said dog (my old staffie called Dave) didn't look happy at all.

I've seen a lot in my young years from being in the fire brigade. Not much pretty either.

On a better note I've seen Jupiter and Saturn clearly through a very expensive telescope and I've also seen a very bright green flash along the sky that would have been a meteorite. A great sight.

Don't worry. I've got some pictures of her if you want to see them.

I've seen similar things in India, with mum wearing a sari and sitting sidesaddle holding the baby, one kid squashed between her and dad, and the other child on the petrol tank in front of him. Saw a couple of guys on ordinary bikes with big LPG cylinders slung on both sides too, and people reversing rapidly down a busy motorway because they'd missed their turn off. No-one seemed to think there was anything very unusual about any of this!

I've seen the 4 or 5 people on a motorbike in India. While I was there in 2007 it was in the news that a bike had hit a pothole [millions of them there]. The woman sitting side saddle on the back, holding a baby, was thrown off. Both fell under a lorry and were killed.

Also over there, whilst driving down an out of town dual carriageway, I saw an LPG tanker driving on the opposite carriageway in the wrong direction.

I went to France years ago to see the full eclipse, epic sight that was.

:D Brilliant... serious double take. ..what the f...

What made it even better was after I'd carefully passed them and parked the car, they both stopped, looked back towards me getting out of the car, then turned and carried on walking.

A basking shark swimming around off the coast of Orkney. Pure luck I just happened to be walking along the right cliff at the right time :)

Stunning fish, didn't expect to ever see one.

A game of rugby between the Prison Officers and Young offenders at Norwich Prison... I reffed and there was not a single problem to sort!! I have reffed more violence in the first 5 mins of 'friendly' games. The YOI's spoke about the game for months afterwards.

I've seen a woman breast feeding whilst driving down the m4

Too much.

i saw Tom Jones singing in my neighbours back garden last summer for a 40th birthday party. I told the wife and she said 'it's not unusual'

I was on a raft ride in Thailand and as we drifted down the river we looked into the jungle and saw a man carrying a huge TV on the back of an elephant.

My mate got his wallet out and paid for a round in the pub last night, I was so shocked I nearly refused a drink.

An aeroplane skid off the side of a runway, stop on the motorway and burst into flames!

Oh, I'm sorry, I was waiting for the punchline! :D

A coupe of weeks ago, I wad stuck on the m25 in road works when the woman in the car next to me got her boobs out and then kept them out for the next 20 odd miles. Before anyone asks, no I haven't got a photo I didn't have a camera on me.
