Don't we all mate
My dad has the same car, albeit standard (despite my not so gentle hints about remapping etc) and he is always surprised how it handles. It's shames many more expensive cars in the twistys!!
antihero said:Mk1 Seat Leon FR Tdi with Cupra R body kit, remapped to around 190 bhp, 320 ft/lb torque and a stage 2 clutch and flywheel to get the power down! As well as up to 60mpg if you really granny it, £125 a year tax and low insurance!
2 nippers now though so i'm looking at something bigger, maybe a Mondeo ST TDci or an Octavia VRS
I've had a spanking new focus for a few weeks and I love it, the only thing I find a little disappointing Is that it's lacking a bit if poke until it gets to 2500rpm, I test drove a 1.6tdci before and I'm sure it was more pokey, maybe it's the DPF sucking some life out

We have a newish nissan navara which the OH uses for work (builder) and I use at weekend to tow my horse around, its so luxurious I love it! My car is an Audi A3 2.0L TDI sportback which I love also, it gives me 450 miles a month on a tank and on the motorway it will do nearly 600 miles!
