That cheese cake looks amazing Terri. Cheese cake is my favourite cake! Although I have still not met a cake that I don't like! :lol::lol:

Sausage and mash with red wine sauce :)

(Red wine + Onion + Brown Sugar + Flour + Vegetable stock + gravy + Thyme)

Liver and Onions sounds good to me!

Just had a couple of lamb leg steaks. Quick fried in a pan with loads of butter so still nice and pink inside. Accompanied by green beans (lightly cooked and buttered) and sauted mushrooms with fresh rosemary.

Satisfied now. :D

We have lots of rhubarb in the garden which needed using, so I have spent most of the morning making rhubarb and ginger chutney to this recipe.

Its just finished so I chucked some on a bit of crusty bread to check. Very good!
I'm also in the middle of cleaning the oven, will be a few hours before I can put it all back together so it may be Chinese takeaway tonight.

We went to the best Italian I've ever been to last night, Nonna's Kitchen in Edinburgh, I had scallops with black pudding for starters (ok so not totally Italian!), followed by a grilled fish selection including squid, sea bass, hallibut, tiger prawns. Highly recommended! Oh, and the best thing was it was paid for by the wife's boss :thumbs:
 
Home made sausage casserole with chunky bread and some Ben and jerry s for afters. Phish food frozen Yoghurt. Mmmmmmm

Fish, chips and mushy peas with a nice wholmeal bun with lots and lots of real dairy butter and washed down with a nice Frascati.

Oh god, mushy peas, they make me want to throw up just looking at them!:gag:

I'm cooking steak tonight, nice and rare and covered in garlic butter, with mushrooms, tomatoes and oven chips, nice and crispy. All washed down with a glass or two of Chevalier de Bayard red wine.:clap:

i am so sorry guys, wanted to post something have had a major ho ha..... dinner well in the bin the oven has gone boobs up.. bread i think i manged to get cooked.. man in the morning coming to sort a pal, i hope he can

I didnt bother taking a pic of mine tonight as it was just bangers and mash, although it was tasty, rice pudding and strawberry jam for pud
