we had company did think they would see the funny side of it.. but we had meatballs again and eaton mess. will get back into it tomorrow.
 
Well this was tea Sausage Pie & corn on the cob. Not the best photo but couldn't spend much time on it as I was starving.

MMMMMM corn on the cob with lashings of butter yummy, so is sausage pie made with the sausage meat, so its like pork pie or beef pie
 
Yep sausage meat mixed with sage & onion stuffing. cooked in shortcrust pastry.
 
i cooked steak and dophinois (or how ever you spell potatoes in a nice creamy garlicy sauce) was lovely!

MMM love dauphinois potatoes, , we use Cream, Thyme, garlic, shallots and sprinkle Lancashire crumbly cheese on top, I love the crispy bit best

hmm might try that last time,

i use cream, garlic, milk along with parmesan. i'll give a bit of thyme next time.
My mrs doesn't like that much cheese in hers so i'll give the cheese on top a miss.
 
i know! i've even had to turn the laptop away from her, so she can't see your post!

for some reason she doesn't mind that flavour as much compared to cheddar!

Ive made beef stew and dumplings, took me 1-45mins so far, another 20mins in the oven and its ready just crisping the dumplings MMMMMMMMM

Tonight I shall be preparing Salmon and brocolli melt, fresh Asparagus and roasted peppers, yum yum !!!

Pudding Fresh Strawberries with fresh pineapple and a chocolate dip :thumbs:
 
Tonight i shall be doing Chicken Fajitas but with turkey breast as a new twist for us.

and before you say it, i bet i'll forget to take a photo of it!
 
Tonight i had pasta with sausage, bacon and mushroom in a tomato and veg sauce with garlic bread.

Tonight were having pork and Haggis sausages, made by the local butchers, jersey royal new potatoes, carrot and what ever other veg I can find
