It's not unreasonable to expect a "National" photographic retailer to have staff that can tell a customer just what lens can fit on what body. And contrary arguments about staff being young, on lousy rates of pay and so on are I'm afraid irrelevant. I accept that it's not the staff's fault, but it certainly is Jessops fault. They used to be pretty good once, now they just don't have a good reputation at all.
