Seriously, they are magnificent looking animals aren't they? I'm lucky to quite often seen them when walking our dog.

They are, I used to see loads on my early walks with the dogs when I lived in the country, a lot bigger then urban ones and much better looking.
Remember going on a TP in Bushey Park a few years back and someone put down some cat food to entice a really small scraggy looking vixen out,
they all wondered why I didn't bother with pictures
 
They can be dangerous to photographers. Remember the fox that attacked ST4 in his tent? So he hit it with a hammer.
 
WCMUT was a short trip out on the bike. Only down to the city centre but it was to see a small selection of classic cars. Bumped into an old mate as well as several acquaintances from the classic car club I used to belong to many years ago as well as seeing some well preserved and not over restored vintage and classics with 2, 3 and 4 wheels. Only 2 "moderns" (post '70), an early XJS and an MGBV8.
 
WCMUT....it's still dull, breezy and cooler. :-)

With raining wheels/stabilizers, surely it's a quadricycle?

The only thing scarier than riding a bike with a sidecar fitted is being in the sidecar. I'd honestly rather walk!

More like extremely difficult conditions to ride in, probably a lot safer in a covered side car,

THIS LOT are probably the only people I'll let stick me in a chair. Eventually! And I'll be past caring by then.

WCMUT? well also WAMT ( what amused me today)
Sitting in a car park, watching a woman carefully and thoroughly applying make-up, using her cars review mirror.
Its a shame that those mirrors are only small oblong types ..
As she got out of her car,
it appears that the make-up application was a huge success, it was just a shame that her hair looked like she'd been dragged through a bush backwards.

Note to her.
Get a bigger mirror dear (y)

What make of car was it? All the ones I've driven have had rear view mirrors, not come across a review mirror though. Or is that on women driver only, cars so they can review the damage and chaos they leave around them?:naughty:

I was about to say that it was a BMW, so they can review the carnage they create when changing lanes into a space that wasn't there in the first place ..

Also, I could have blamed the auto correct, but that would be unfair as it was typed on a keyboard.
A dyslexic one, but a keyboard nonetheless :D
 
Seeing all those poor buggers stuck in a very very long tale back on the north bound M6, it started up by the M58 and was still going (not very fast) past the M56 junction. I know I shouldn't but it did make me smile.
 
A mate/neighbour who had a nasty Ménière's attack last night popping over looking fine. He (and his wife) were very good to us when I was ill so (although I'd rather not have to [meaning I'd rather he was 100% fit!]) it was good to be able to start repaying them.

The glorious sunshine after a night of heavy rain is cheering too!
 
After arriving on the Llyn Peninsular during monsoon season....dry so far this morning :-)
 
Sun, sun sun and a little sun thrown in, local food, local booze cocktails great company, its a tough life :D
 
A not terrible round this morning (07:30 start...) followed by the rest of the day at DZP, including seeing their 2 new young Amur Tigers having an enrichment feed on a pony's head each, Chincha (handsome devil cat!) and Flaviu now he's back on display after being quarantined after his little outing! Mist came in at about 3pm but not enough to dampen our spirits.

Hearing that someone's having a good time on their holiday! :P:P:P:D
 
Finally getting my own van back from the workshop :banana:
The downside was it needed fuel and I had just filled the Peugeot I was using this week, so 2nd trip to the garage.
I also cleaned the cab on the Peugeot yesterday, normal driver does keep it nice but he's not had for a few weeks due
to problems with other vans and only hire available being a transit that doesn't do well on rural rounds.
I had a queue of disappointed colleagues yesterday when I said I wasn't swapping for yet another disgustingly filthy
van

WCMU a couple of days ago was seeing that Lidl have their mini stollens back in stock. Mrs Nod wouldn't let me get a whole box of them so I'll have to make a couple of sneaky visits on my own... :furtive:
 
Being told that l am the safest driver on the office fleet acording to the trackers fitted earlier this year :)
Now should l tell the boss l need extra mirrors so l can see things :rolleyes:

Thank you Shirley, l hated them when they were first installed, beeping and lights flashing, it's calmed down since they went live
l got 98.7% in my last result, takes into account, speeding (not sure about that ;) ) accelerating, braking, cornering etc. us girls take
a lot of stick from the guys so it's good to to have some pay back
 
The young girl who ran so fast into the shop that she bounced off the automatic door before it had even opened half an inch. I shouldn't laugh at things like that I know, it was just the way she bounced off like a rubber ball, I (and my usually more compassionate colleague) struggled to keep from smiling whilst her friends picked her up and dusted her off!
