WCMUT....what cheered me up today

Shame their coffee's revolting!
!

Horses for courses. I love it, and the Batista's not a kid...seems to know his stuff. Works for me. :D

dn't get any pressure washer car shampoo though. Means I don't have to wash the cars!
Lookin at the live weather map, I doubt your'll get a chance.
Failing that, cover them with fairy liquid and park them outside

What's so hard? Milk, coffee, sugar & hot water even a spotty kid can work that out :D

I'll wait until spring and take 'em to the Eastern Europeans who do a much better job than me (and I stay dry!)

Personally I would run shampoo through the pressure washer system. Just use it to rinse before and after, and a normal bucket and soap will work much better in my experience.

Wcmut a love long walk in the rain and mud. Nobody about, just me and my dog and that fox. Gosh I've never seen my lab run that fast and save that rabbits life.

My youngest daughter was please for the rabbit but not for the fox as it must have been very scared with our dog going after it. Hmm yup female logic starts at a very young age.

So, rabbit stew for lunch, JP?

Heathen :D
If he makes latte that way, he'll get a slap. :D

Ok ease up on the water and heavy on the milk.
The sooner we get out of the EU, and stop all these triple by-pass-with-a-splash-of-God-knows-what coffee concoction imports
and back to normal coffee the better

Oh I agree with ridding the world of nofatlowfoamdecafmochafrappachino nonsense!

The world was a much simpler place with a spoonful of Nescafe 2 sugars and a splash of milk

Wcmut: Brand new AMD A6 15.6" laptop with 6GB RAM, 1TB hard disk and Windows 10 for £200.

That'll do!

Shame their coffee's revolting!

WCMUT was Screwfix (where I have a £10 off £50 spend or more voucher) was closed when I tried to buy something so carried on to Toolstation (where I had a £5 off £40 spend or more). Since I only needed £45 worth of stuff, I would have boosted the Screwfix spend with a want or 2 but the need spend was £43 so didn't need to spend an extra £7 to save the extra fiver. Made perfect sense at 07:30! The motor factor was still closed as I was coming back so couldn't get any pressure washer car shampoo though. Means I don't have to wash the cars!

I just gave my car a spray with detailer and a wipe and polish with a microfiber cloth. Keeps the car clean until warmer weather means it can have a proper wash and wax.
WCMUT was for entertainment whilst cleaning my car, a woman down the road was ranting and raving at her ex. A lot of unsavoury language coming from her mouth too, not to good for her kid or his two kids that were witnessing it. Not too good for her neighbour neither, who had stuck her head out of her window to get her to pipe down a bit. Rant was on and off for about 1/2 an hour broken up only by him walking off with his kids then coming back again about 10 minutes later. Only sorry I missed the end of it. I had to go out and he was at the bus stop at the bottom of the road. Turns out he'd gone back for round 3 very soon after, neighbour had enough by then and phoned the police.
All that was missing was Jeremy Kyle. ;)

Why don't you just clean it?

Screen is shot, when the sun hits it, it's like looking through polythene, seems this happens if damp gets in the laminate

I understand she also changes her car when the ashtrays are full (y)
( although I believe she no longer smokes, so will have a hell of a wait :D )

Correct and even passengers don't seem to use the ashtrays ;) although I do allow smoking in the car (y)

Or lob a rock at it and pay the £10 excess for replacing cracked windscreen on insurance. :D

Surely that would be fraud :( not about to commit a crime to save a few quid, not checked mine but I believe most excesses are closer to £70, not
worth getting a criminal record for £30

How is it fraud?
The cover is for replacement of a cracked windscreen.
Doesn't stipulate how it got cracked. :D

(It was lighthearted BTW....like the other suggestions  )

So by that view, if you had a rusty wing on a car you could hit it with a sledgehammer and claim, pretty sure the insurance company wouldn't be impressed
if you did deliberate damage and the windscreen replacement people can tell, there is an easier way the break a screen and make it look
accidental but I leave someone else to say

Wcmut: getting back in touch with my very first neighbour through my sister. And finding a photo of myself from 1972 that I've never seen before.

Still got the same hairline and handsome looks.

WCMUT. Finally getting a full refund from the RAC for their dodgy battery. It's been a fight just get them to follow consumer law.

Got my required funding, it's going to be busy but in a nice way. Took over a year but it was worth it. Got to party now and back to work and worry on how the hell we are going to actually do it on Monday :)

IF its discovering gravity waves mate......eerrrrr, I hate to tell you this but;)

ROFLMAO Very good :)

WCMUT: Firstly marmite. I was shocked by the sugar taste in Frosties which I tried this morning, then my wife showed this app on her iPhone that counts the sugar cubes. So she scanned her favourite, marmite and it has next to nothing. So finally I tried some and I loved it! Really nice. Had some on a slice of tiger loaf with cheese on top as well. Yum yum.

Secondly in one of the thread this morning I had to look up some words that I've never seen or hear before. Love them, concise, to the point and non-confrontational. Nice one @Nod.

WCMUT (other than helping to educate JP!) was a delicious chicken breast and garlic new potatoes for lunch. Trying to reduce cholesterol without drugs and that was the tastiest looking alternative to a steak! OK, should probably have left the excess butter on the plate rather than mopping it up with the last bite of chicken but it tasted too good to waste!

Another one lost to the dark side :( :(

Didn't the frosties name or the obvious "frosting" on the cornflake type cereal give it away?

So finally I tried some and I loved it!
The Dumb / smart balance has been restored

Alas, I don't have a suitably named brew for this evening.

Wcmut: Meet The Parents on TV (again). No matter how many times I watch it, I still laugh out loud.

A brisk walk along the sea front down at Exmouth followed by a good lunch. Glorious sunshine, even if that did mean it was chuffing chilly!

Back from the hills after my first decent(ish) walk since breakdancing on wet slate slabs during the floods. My knee held up. It's a bit stiff, but not painful, which is a relief.

:pint:
