I don't think just the single person saying they had a bad experience would ever stop me from buying from a store. If there are a lot of bad experiences compared to good, then that may stop me. The thing is, you can never really tell what happened, how the buyer dealt with the situation, what they did and how exaggerated the buyer has made their bad experience out to be.
There seems to be a lot more people saying how they have had a good experience when things have gone wrong than people saying that they had a bad experience, and people are much more likely to complain about a service than say when a service has been good!

I'm not saying KDBee is lying, but then I've never met her, don't know what that person is like. You can't always take what people (you don't know) say to be fact, truthful or not exaggerated. (So please Kay/KDBee don't be offended by this!)

This is what he wrote on the Thread rearging my service

"I have to agree that the level of service that KDBee and her husband have experienced falls well bellow the acceptable by anybody's standards. Nobody, least of all myself, would argue with that"

I've had a couple of bits from there and no real issues.

TBH in the world how it is today...what is customer service anyway? Few and far between !
 
Ordered a lens from them at ten to six on Friday, received it Saturday morning. Not bad at all.
 
To be fair delivery issues are mist often the courier at fault, I think that is not always the case and at times is used as an excuse but that is easily checked on the tracking info.
 
Only used them a few times, but always been great. Ordered something from them last week at 5pm, arrived at the 9am the next morning. Can't complain.
